Global Health Research Opportunities in H2020

30.10.2017 13:00 - English

GLOBVAC and the Centre for International Health presents the opportunities for global health research funding in H2020.

Welcome to a seminar presenting upcoming opportunities for research funding in the Horizon 2020-programme.

H2020 is in its final years (2018-2020) and has a stronger focus on global health and collaboration with low and middle income countries. There are over 10 relevant calls targeting global health researchers.

GLOBVAC (Global Health and Vaccination Research) has been a major funder for global health research in Norway since 2012, but has in recent years experienced cuts in its original funding plans in the order of NOK 259 million. GLOBVAC now wishes to mobilise global health researchers in Norway to seek out other arenas for funding their important research.

Please join GLOBVAC and the Centre for International Health at this seminar presenting global health research funding opportunities in H2020.

Kristin Andersen, national contact point for health in the H2020-programme will go through all the relevant topics for global health researchers and opportunities for assistance when applying to the EU. You will also be able to informally discuss your proposal idea with Kristin.
